You'll find me on the second floor of Community Care Midwives. Come in through the main entrance, head up the stairs on your left, and have a seat in the waiting area. I'll come out to meet you when it's time for your appointment!

There is a parking lot on the south side of the building, but if that is full, street parking is available on Colbourne and surrounding areas.

Absolutely! Babies and little ones are always welcome in the treatment room. You're also welcome to bring a support person or family member if that helps you feel more comfortable.

This is entirely up to your comfort level. For massage therapy, working directly on the skin is generally ideal, but you can undress to whatever level feels right for you. You'll always be properly draped throughout your treatment, with only the area being worked on exposed. Your comfort and privacy are always a priority.

Arriving no more than 5 minutes before your appointment is ideal.

I understand that plans can change and unexpected things come up! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, will be subject to the full appointment fee.
